3. Why do I get the "getICEServers Error" when going live?

This error occurs due to a failure in obtaining ICE (Interactive Connectivity Establishment) servers. Some common causes include:

  • Issues with STUN/TURN servers – Check if the STUN/TURN server you are using is experiencing problems.
  • Firewall or VPN blocking WebRTC connections – Try disabling your VPN or adjusting firewall settings.
  • Browser incompatibility with WebRTC – Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best compatibility.

4. Does Disqurs support multi-streaming to other platforms?

Currently, Disqurs allows live streaming on its own platform. For multi-streaming to YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch, you can use third-party services like Restream.io or OBS with RTMP relay.
